The distributor I ordered HA Voice PE recently announced that they sold out 21 minutes into launch. Apparently it took three weeks for them to notice or at least reach out to other customers.
Do we know when the next wave of units is set to ship to distributors?
Preorder from another distributer if you can. Apparently I got my order in with ameriDroid, two and a half weeks later it may, or may not, actually enter the postal system today? That’s just piss poor service.
I got an update this morning! In 3 weeks it’s made it from San Francisco to Los Angeles . Google maps tells me that’s a 6 hour drive or a 6 day walk, never again.
Brandon from ameriDroid here. I wanted to clarify how our system handles pre-orders. When a product’s inventory reaches zero, our system automatically adds a pre-order tag. While we’ve offered pre-order options for various products in the past, we recognize that this tag, provided by a third-party app, can sometimes fail to display promptly or correctly due to loading delays or other technical issues.
To mitigate this, we’ve embedded an availability note directly into our website’s code. This note indicates whether a product is in stock or out of stock and is always visible. Additionally, we included a notice at the top of the product description as soon as we ran out of stock at 12:21 PM Pacific.
If a customer accessed the product page before stock depletion, the units would have appeared as in stock. However, since we received several orders per minute, the stock could have reached zero quickly while some customers were still on the product page, cart or checkout. In such cases, the pre-order tag, availability note, and description note might not display unless the page was refreshed, we sicerely apologize about that, we are working to find a solution for issues like this. Upon hearing from customers about this issue, we reached out to those who placed orders between 12:21 PM and 1:21 PM Pacific time to provide clarity as we had no way of knowing which customers were in the site before 12:21PM Pacific but checkout after we ran out of stock, making their orders a pre-order without noticing.
Your order was shipped via ASENDIA (Globegistics), which delivers to Canada through USPS and Canada Post. As you may know, Canada Post experienced a strike lasting over a month. They began accepting international packages again on December 23rd, while USPS only started processing shipments to Canada on January 6th. Prior to that, USPS was holding all packages bound for Canada. Even if your order would’ve arrived to Los Angeles next day, it would’ve been sitting with USPS until yesterday.
Once USPS resumed processing, your package departed from Los Angeles on January 7th and is currently on its way to Canada. Please note that delays are possible as Canada Post may be handling a large influx of packages from USPS all at once.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
We have a batch coming next week and a bigger one coming on early February. If you could share your order number here or via DM I can look to see from which batch we are expecting to fulfilll your order.
