Windows 11 sees it just fine, but iPhone 13 running iOS 18.4.1 never does. Makes it entirely impossible to setup the wifi access to my home LAN. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance. 
Why are you connecting directly to it.
Go to HA ui >> devices and services
Does it show up ad discovered device?
HA host needs some Bluetooth connectivity to detect it. Phone app+phone Bluetooth may be enough but cannot remember

Thank you, I was trying to stick to that NabuCasa documentation, which suggests using the iPhone to connect to it first. Just doesn’t seem to be recognized by iOS. Will probably need to enable Bluetooth in the HA system BIOS, never had a need for it before.
DOH!! Had to tell the HA Companion app on the iPhone to Search for devices! THEN it was discovered by the phone. Gave it the WiFi SSID and password, and it took quite some time before rebooting. Still awaiting some feedback from the HA Companion app. First and second attempts to establish WiFi connectivity just hung. Powered down the Voice PE, re-loaded the HA Companion app, and tried again - worked that time!
