HA Yellow - continued problems with USB?

I have updated to the latest HAOS (16.2) as I was hoping it would fix problems with my Insteon USB-PLM. Unfortunately, I continue to have issues that I can only chalk up to USB issues. The release notes of 16.2 specifically call out:

Bug causing problems with some USB-Serial convertes on Home Assistant Yellow and Raspberry Pi has been fixed.

I don’t think the issues has been fixed. I do not have the chops to more helpfully diagnose, but wanted to see if it is just me and my setup or if there are others also experiencing ongoing USB issues with the Yellow.

Hello, I have had USB issues on my yellow, first it was my Z-wave dongle so I replaced it and that seems to be a permananet fix, but over the last 3 core updates I’ve lost conenctivity to the attached UPS running NUT. It went (25.8) then came back after a while now it’s gone again (25.9).
IT’S TEDIOUS TO SAY THE LEAST, NOTHING HAS CHANGED APART FROM HA UPGRADES.
