So, I bought a Yellow kit, followed the install instructions. Got to ‘Installing Software on Kit’ step 10. Got the ‘during boot’ blinky yellow, went to ‘solid on’ yellow, then … nothing. Just sits there forever. The router sees the ‘yellow-installer’ on the Ethernet port, so that’s not it. I’ve got solid yellow and red, and an about one-per-second blinky green. Advice?
Which troubleshooting steps have you done?
Not much. I’m not really sure where to start. The ‘troubleshoot’ link on Step 10 goes to a page for ‘yellow LED keeps blinking steady’, but that’s not what I have. The link you just posted just says ‘indicates a network issue’, but I don’t know what to check. I have internet access through the modem that HAYellow is plugged into, and the modem recognizes yellow-installer as being plugged into it.
