I’m currently upgrading my CM4. Can’t find any information regarding the thickness of the thermal pads used in the Yellow build. Anyone have an idea?
Solved per a response from Yellow support:
Memory is 1.8mm & SoC is .3mm

Can the old thermal pads be used or is it better to use new when replacing the CM4?
I have problem to find thermal pads 1.8mm in Germany. Any recommendations?
i wonder if we can use 2mm and 0.5mm, the difference is still 0.2.
The other thickness is not available to buy.
