HACS custom integrations piling up

Does anyone know the reason for new custom integrations piling up in the HACS repo [1] not being reviewed and accepted for months now? It used to work and new custom integrations being accepted within days.

I can see PR’s being merged, so I suspect they are a bit overwhelmed…
