HACS custom repo button grey

Good day…
I`m having trouble with HACS custom repo button is greyd out and not clickable.
Tried many things like: replace hacs folder, redownload from hacs self…clear cache…reboot host.
deleted settings in config.yaml (been installed a long time already)

Still no success… any one can help with this? need to install a custom repo .
