HACS feature request as im unable to start discussion

I’m trying to add a feature request to HACS, I have read the documentation and they want it done via github discussions. however there is no button for me to start a conversation.

There is also an outstanding issue report on the HACS github where someone else has the same issue.

so here it is!

show in the sidebar how many updates are available in HACS, the same way the number of HA updates available is displayed next to settings

HACS updates (for installed components and HACS itself) are shown exactly where you posted a picture from. :slight_smile:

The forum feature request category is for Home Assistant, not third party integrations.
