My HACS installation results in a new (unuseful?) frontend as illustrated below; I expected to obtain more a menu (integrations, Frontends, Add-ons, …). How can I switch to the common frontend? I tried everything: reinstallation, reboot, clear brower’s cache, different type of browsers, private/non-private, … and everything in different sequence. Any suggestion that can lead to a solution? Thanks.
You appear to have enabled the experimental mode, which is I believe the beta for the next version of HACS. If you unclick the box in the configuration you can go back, but sooner than later you will likely have this as the only option when the next major rev of HACS arrives.
(This is FAR better, BTW)
This gives you better options to sort and see things, and you have access to templates which are not in the old mode.
You also have the ability to reload the custom.
You are spot-on! The configuration “Enable experimental features” was indeed activated (by default), which resulted in the unwanted view. Thanks!
It wasn’t activated by default, it doesn’t come on unless you click it.
I still suggest you use that mode, as in a short time that will be the only way to talk to HACS and you won’t have to sort thru a hundred blocks of repo advertisement squares any longer. You will have a nice manageable list.
