I’m installing HACS on my container.
If I run the script wget -q -O - https://install.hacs.xyz | bash - , I get back this error
NFO: Trying to find the correct directory…
ERROR: Could not find the directory for Home Assistant
Manually change the directory to the root of your Home Assistant configuration
With the user that is running Home Assistant
and run the script again
I’m newbie with Linux. Can you please tell me how I can change the root directory?thanks
cd //xxx, where xxx is the HA directory you specified in your docker compose file or docker run command
Is there an install script for container now? Last I looked it was only HAOS, used an Add-on.
This may have to be run manually…
The script has been for all types since its inception 4 years ago.
The add-on is 1-2 month(s) old, and just runs that script for you on OS/Supervised.
OK. I know it was with 1.X, just checking that 2.x was in case that was their issue. Had not looked since the pre-release I guess.
