HACS installation what am I missing?

Please be kind, I’m spanking new to HA

I’ve followed all the instructions to install HACS but having done everything they say, authorised github, restarted etc etc, click on the button on the sidebar, all I get is this:

What am I missing? Where are all the repositories??
