HACS integrations and Frontend/Themes won't show updates unless HA restart

Hi all

I’m figuring out an issue with HACS that does not show any Integrations and Frontend/Themes updates unless I don’t restart HA.

As soon as I restart HA, I get HACS updates.

What can I check?

No, i haven’t found a solution.
I don’t want to remove and install from scratch HACS, because I don’t want to reinstall manually all the integrations, cards and themes I have
