HACS is LOST - HACS Installation

Hy,
i have an HASSIO configuration.

I would install HACS.
I follow varous step-by-step guide but i have some problem.
First i download HACS from Github and save in /config/custom_components
after i add this to config file:

#HACS
hacs:
  token: xxxxmytokenxxx (take from my github)
  appdaemon: true
  python_script: true
  theme: true

Firt HACS apper in left bar. After some times i reboot hasso the HACS icon DISAPPEAR and i cant lunch HACS.

Moreover in the few times HACS start i try to search with command:
ADD CUSTOM REPOSITORY URL

https://github.com/custom-components/alexa_media_player

but not find nothing.

What i can do? I cant restart HACS and the HACS ICON is lost , i need to reset all HASSIO machine?

First i download HACS from Github and save in /config/custom_components

Don’t you mean /config/custom_components/hacs/

after i add this to config file:

#HACS
hacs:
......

You can also configure it via the integrations on HA’s configuration tab. It might help configuring Hacs from that. To add Hacs to the integrations panel just click the big plus symbol in the lower right of the integrations page.

Today I tried to install HACS. Placed the hacs folder under /config/custom_components. After restarting HA, I do not see HACS under integrations. Am I missing something?
