HACS not appearing in Sidebar

Having followed instructions and running the HACS download script which appeared to all work as last instruction was to restart HA, which I did, now I want to install The Watchman so I read their instructions and it wants me to go to the “integrations” section on HACS. Looking at a Youtube video on installing The Watchman and it shows an icon for HACS in the Sidebar. Unfortunately I don’t have this in the sidebar, your assistance will be most appreciated.

If you click and hold on “Home Assistant” at the top of the side bar, it should open the editor. Do you see HACS there?

Did you add the HACS integration? (Settings > Devices and Services > Add Integration > HACS).
