HACS showing list instead of categories

After I updated to HACS 1.28.2, my HACS shows me a list (figure 1)instead of the list of 4 categories. I have tried redownloading HACS, I tried restarting the HA, but nothing seems to get it back to the original page (figure 2).

You probably have experimental features enabled in the hacs configuration.
