HACS "submit" link missing

Hi, guys,
I’m trying to instal HACS (it’s not the first time I’m doing this). When I register the HACS installation via github, the link/button to submit is missing in the UI (see screenshot). I tried it in Chrome and Edge browsers.

Any ideas?
