Hey,

just a quick improvement idea / feature request for the new version:
One of my displays sometimes looses wifi connection and does not reconnect. If I click a button click “Reload” or anything that forces the browser to open a new connection again, my tablet asks me to reconnect to the wifi.
Is it possible to display a connectivity loss message if the display cannot connect to the appdeamon server anymore? So the user could notice the display isn’t showing the current states correctly.

Hi there - at the moment it automatically retries until it gets the connection back which in most cases is the best behavior. Maybe I could add an option to modify this behavior to pop up an error message instead?

That be a brilliant solution. :slight_smile:
For my purpose it would be useful to have an error message with a reload button.
