Hank Zwave Door Sensor Problem

Hello,

I have 2 HANK dws01 door sensor. I paired both of them to the controller. One of them is working perfectly.
I am not able to get the other one working at all.
I tried using the zwave control panel.
The working one is paired as “Z-Wave+ node Reporting Sleeping Slave”
The otehr one is paired as Routing Slave and it always in the state initializing probe.
Is there any way to get this working.
I have tried removing and adding several times.

Thanks for the help

Have you restarted HA or the device that runs HA? That will usually clear up any problems I have. Is this a new device? Might try resetting the device back to default.

I have restarted it several times. Rebooted several times.

Here is some logs from the controlelr for this node.

Wake up the node, using the inclusion button, as many times as it takes (could be 1 or more) until it finishes the interview process and gets to the Sleeping stage.

Thanks @freshcoast. I tried that now. clicked in more than 100 times. It keeps going between awake and sleeping modes. No other changes.

@freshcoast Finally after several attempts i made some improvements.
I kept pressing the inclusion button several times and suddenly it moved to Initializing (Versions) stage.
Controller also detected the make and model of the door sensor(hank)
It is still not showing working though.

Finally got it working. Thanks for all the suggestions.
I had to just keep pressing the inclusion button several times.
