I updated the firmware of the SkyConnect device to the multi-protocol version firmware, but I cannot find the multi-protocol configuration page on the HAOS hardware page. What is going on?
The multi-protocol firmware requires you to install an addon for it to manage the incoming packets.
The addon will usually install the required intgrations too, but otherwise you need to do that manually by selecting your Zigbee and Matter integrations.
