HAOS on RPI 3b+ crashing since some days

HI all

I’m facing some issue since ~3-4 day nealry 3 days after my last HA OS update, that I just realised because nearly all of my MQTT clients were not able to connect to my HA anymore.
I’m running latest HAOS 9.4 with HA 2022.12.8 on an RPI 3b+ 1GB with 2 GB swap on top.
Nearly 2-3 days after the upgrade to 9.4 the issues occurred. All devices lost connection to the MQTT Server and could not restore it.
A quick restart fixes that for the day. Next morning I encountered the same situation.
Today I checked some parameters and was wondering about the following situation:
my /dev'root -> /’ is 128MB large according to df -h after I used login and this partition is 100% used, while the rest of the multiple mountpoints have either 0% usage or 58% used (as these are mainly the docker mountpoints in /mnt) also the disc usage in the UI just shows 58%.
I’m using a 128GB microsd

What makes me curious is the fact that my /usr/ folder shows up >320MB size after a du -h -d 1 which is located in the / location and does not have a dedicated mountpoint, like other folders (etc, var/log …)
and that a lot of warning messages are related to stuff within /usr
So i can just assume that the 100% usage of / will be the cause for all my issues within the last days. the question is how do I clean up that part.
