Has anyone successfully connected Dreame vacuum integration? Logging in issues

I’m trying to connect from Dreame L20 vacuum to HA but when I try to install the integration it asks for log in details on Xiaomi Miio cloud. I have tried entering my Dreame app log in details but it doesn’t work and won’t log in. Can anyone help as really keen to link this to HA.

Or does anyone use the Xiaomi app and link HA to that? Not sure the best way to do this as would like to only have the vacuum set off when people are away from home but can’t do this without using HA presence sensors. Any advice would be really appreciated!!

Same issue for me. I enter credentials, either user name from app or email address, checked password in app via logout login, doesn’t work.

I still haven’t been able to get this to work so I have given up and can’t get the L20 to connect to HA which is frustrating

I have the same problem. Bought a new Dreame Vaccum, I have created my Dreame account from Dreamehome app.
Now when the connector ask me to login with Xiaomi account …

You have to migrate the device to Xiaomi Home App.

@Babine did migrating to Xiaomi work for you?

I tried what was recommended in the github post above and also migrated to Xiaomi Home App and still getting the same error message.

If you install the dreame vacuum integration in HACS choose a different version, and take the latest V2 version.
Now youre able to login with youre dreame account.

Hi,
i have the same problem with loggin in an nothing works :worried:

I’ve alrady installed Dreame integration V2.0.0b16 via HACS and succesfully use my dreamhome app to manage my Dreame L10s Ultra.

But every time i try to login to configure the integration tho login attempt fail (wrong password or username)
I am 100% sure that i use the correct password. and I use the ID shown in the App (NS90****98). Server = cn, altough i’m livin in Germany. But if I chosse eu server, it says that there’s is no account registered.

So what am I doing wrong?? Can someone please help?? :pray:

Just use the dreame login. Youre e-mail adres and password. Same as you use in the dreame app.

I am a new user since yesterday and I can tell you that it works for me. username the email used in the app and the password.

I was able to login with the dreamhome app credentials when installing v2.0.0b17. Couldn’t make it work before. I used my email and password to get through, so this solution seems to work
