Hass.io exclude impossible

My network is unstable. When using a physical switch the staus updates correctly in hass interface.
When clicking a switch in hass interface it just goes back to the way it was before.
So i was thinking about removing devices and then include them again…
But when trying to i always get this message:

zwave: (razberry card on pi3)
usb_path: /dev/ttyAMA0
network_key: “xxx removed xxx”

Is it possible to install zwave.me on a different sd card, boot up with that, remove devices and then boot up the hass.io card again or is that a bad idea?

What files do i need to copy or upload?

The same problem. How to fix it?
Using Z-Way everytime for excluding is bad idea.
