It has the upload icon enabled, it prompts me to select a file, I click OK and not a darned thing happens. DOH!!! How am I supposed. To place my Hass.io backup tar file into the /backup folder??
SSH?
Samba?
RSYNC?
SCP?
SFTP?
Just feeling frustrated. The easy way SHOULD work, and it does not. 
I really did not want to load a bunch of add-ons just to place a backup tar file and restore it,
Added the SSH add-on, and was able to WinSCP the backup files right where they were needed. Thank you, moe.
