I have the same issue, I used 2 SD card and 2 Pi, still the same issue.

I can confirm the SD-card problem. I tried 4 cards with my RasPi 2, only my “Sandisk 32 Ultra (10)” was working. An old Sandisk 32 GB and some meMemory 16GB had the same problems: “No ethernet found”, then stop booting.

I assume you did plug the ethernet cable in?

I did pluged one in. No changes

I am having a similar issue. I plugged in an HDMI monitor to see what was happening at boot and the long story is 1) it won’t boot with the USB Config drive in the RPi 3B+, it doesn’t pick up the WiFi config and when I try again with the network cable connected, it doesn’t pick up the DCHP config for eth0 (which is named based on canonical naming system).

I have the same problem. I try with 2 sd card, sandisk and Kingston 16gb

Exactly the same here :frowning:

Same issue here, raspberry pi 3B+ works perfect with raspbian and mate, tried 3 different power adapters including the official one. Got a brand new sandisk 32gb class 10 used the recomended 32bit image. Nothing from what i can see it isnt even trying the ethernet… no lights on and yes its plugged in as i say it works fine in raspbian…

Just don’t use hass.io. If you have a working raspbian, just stick with it.

Cant find the hass install for raspian though the instructions on site are not arm compatible. Just the image…that doesnt worj

I have the same issue, I used 2 SD cards and 2 Pi, still the same issue.
also, I do the manual installation and it not working.
