Hass.io will not restart

Hass.io will not restart even after a full reset and pulling the power. I can still SSH into the Pi3 and Samba is working too. Tried:

hassio homeassistant restart
hassio host reboot
and
hassio host shutdown (and then unplugging and plugging back in after a few seconds)

ps aux shows the following

Nevermind… took forever and a day but it FINALLY started up… seriously took about 20 minutes to start
