HASS OS running on VirtualBox on a windows machine crashing all the time

HASS OS running on VirtualBox on a windows machine crashing all the time. It is crashing almost every day and i have to restart hassio on the virtual box.
I have had it running for couple of years, previously it used to crash one a month or so, slowly the frequecy started increasing, not its crashing almost daily.

any ideas of what this could be causing or any tips or how i can investigate the cause to fix will be appreciated.

What version of VirtualBox?

Here is the error explained.

https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/RCU/stallwarn.html

You do have this on the console.

“Anything that prevents RCU’s grace-period kthreads from running. This can result in the “All QSes seen” console-log message. This message will include information on when the kthread last ran and how often it should be expected to run. It can also result in the rcu_.*kthread starved for console-log message, which will include additional debugging information.”

Wondering if you have a corrupt disk from all the failures.

How much disk space do you have left?

Inadequate CPU allocated??

Maybe open your .vbox file with a text editor, and share what you have…? That way people using similar VirtualBox setup could compare notes.
