Hass stopped working in the middle of the night

in the middle of the night I noticed that hass stopped working. The frontend was still up, but i could not turn on off any light. In the morning i saw then there is a update avaible.

can it be that the update stopped hass somehow even before i decided to push the upgrade button?

Did you find out, what was wrong?
I have the same problem, except I can’t reach the frontend. Every now and then, my HA stops working.
At first I thought that it was the internet connection. But it won’t run the automations either.
I have to turn off/on the power, to get it to work again.
Here is my Supervisor Log, but I don’t understand it. Is there another log?
I run HassIO with Home Assistant 0.62.1 on a Raspberry Pi 3.
07:49:42 is where I had it rebooted.

Oh yes sorry…I found it.

it’s z-wave healing. Turn it off and the issue is gone. When it was on I needed to restart HA, since at 2 Clock in the Morning the CPU stayed at 30% and the whole system lagged so terrible that nothing worked anymore.

after disabling z-wave autoheal the system is up and running since two month stable now.
