Hassbian - All Bluetooth devices stopped working after .91 update

After over a year with a very stable Hassbian setup on a Pi3+, all my bluetooth devices are now showing as ‘unknown’. Bluetooth is enabled and working as I can see all my devices using sudo hcitool lescan.

I have Xiaomi BLE Temperature and Humidity sensor and Xiaomi Mi Flora plant sensors

I have looked for every possible answer without success.

Any pointers?

Thanks!

I have the same problem in Hass.io after update to .91

I have the same issue, did a complete reinstall and made no difference. After a couple of hours BT for temperature sensors stop updating until I do a reboot, but then stops after a few hours again, continuous loop.
Was working perfectly, wish I did a backup before updating

I’m having a similar problem. After some time (days, hours, weeks), the bluetooth stack crashes in Hassbian. Have a number of XIaomi plants sensors.

I was never able to make this work. Went the MQTT route using PLANTGATEWAY.
The native HASS support stopped working.
It was very frustrating because I had 9 Xiaomi sensors working great for along time.
