my home assistant 107.7 was running fine, I also have deconz zigbee controller installed to control both lights sensors and push buttons, but after update to 108, nothing works, web interface not starting, and cannot get access through samba or putty, both were working fine before, and now I am not sure if it is booting at all, red power light is on and the green led I flashing like some thing is going on but it has been like that for 5 hours, still no contact on any of the 3 interfaces. i have tried to restart with power off and on still no contact after 2 hours, power red led is on and the green is flashing. tried to connect a monitor to hdmi 1 but no signal ?
so I am a little lost… please help
ps I also looked in my router and the raspberry 4 that I have homeassistant on is connected with the same IP address as before the update.

I had 108.1 running, trying to upgrade with Rasperry Pi 3B to 108.2 and have actually the same issue.
No access to web GUI.
I will have to try Samba etc.

No I had to reinstall and use a backup. So now I am back on 107.7 and not sure when I will try to update again. Also because I had deconz on the old setup and the backup from that did not work. I could install the deconz backup and all lokked fine, all lights was connected but did not respond, so I had to put all lights back on hue for the lights and sensors back on xiaomi gateway. Still hope to find out why, but for now I am stuck on 107.7.

Hi … my plan now is to make deconz run on an other devise so it not will be effected if home assistant goes down again, also because I also had all my zigbee sensors and switches on the deconz interface.
now i am back to my old xiaomi gateway, with all the zigbee devises, and that was the hole idea of getting the deconz, that i did not have to use the xiaomi gateway, but until i have time to find out if i can have a deferent raspberry just for the deconz interface, and then link that to home assistant. hope you got your to work…
john. ps just looked at this link about the deconz on another device, and i think i will try that in the near future.
There are countless of guides on how to install Deconz. Just install it on a Pi and then use the IP of the Pi when you configure the deconz integration in Home Assistant.
Thanks, i will try that in the near future. also if that can help me get rid of the xiaomi gateway it would be nice, and then i can also use the hue dimmer switches in home assistant.
Yeah get rid of the Xiaomi gateway, it’s always phoning home. Also with only 3 devices, the whole tging will probably take only around 15 mins to set it up from scratch. How did you install deconz?
HI … i download the .img from https://phoscon.de/en/raspbee/sdcard
and followed the guide on the page. all worked fine and after the first startup I just found the IP from my router and opened the explore with the IP and it was ok. connect a ethernet cable. the wifi can be set from the interface after the first start, so after that you do not need the cable more. just remember to set the router to always give the raspberry the same IP. in home assistant i did nothing in the configuratin file, the deconz just showed up in the intrgartion page. all works fine now.

I have the same problem, I am amazed that we are not more numerous. After the update, I can no longer get the Home Assistant interface. the server is running, but I can’t get to the home page …
