I’ve been playing around with home assistant for quite some time now and recently moved to HASSIO because it seemed like the direction everything was going and am running into a functionality bottleneck that I didn’t have prior due to the docker images.
It would be really nice to have the ability to be able to utilize bluetooth audio devices from the docker images. This would be fantastic for actually being able to use things like Snips, or Spotify without having to wire in via RCA. To the best of my knowledge this is not possible without at least the bluez pulse libraries being available to the docker images - unless there is another way that I don’t know about.
