Last few days I have been seeing the same issue. I did a new install and it worked then setup all my devices restart crash. After two days of messing with it I found the issue occur after setting up device through integration. To resolve the problem I deleted two files entity_registry.yaml and .config_entries.json file. After I did that I seem to have no issues but now cant see my nest or google cast. If I try to set it up again it works fine but if i restart home assistant it wont come back up again until i delete those two files.
Thank you! It seemed I automatically received the 115 supervisor. Then I ran the normal update command and everything works again. Yaaayyy
