Seems like your DHCP server is trying to hand out options that HassOS doesn’t understand or know how to deal with, but you haven’t really provided any information, so it’s just a crapshoot at this point.

It looks like it is trying to PXE boot, which probably means that it can’t boot from the SD card.
Write it again, or try a different card.
