I am storing images captured via a USB camera to the share directory on my Hassio instance. Copying them over the Samba share is very slow so I assumed I would be able to put the SD card in my Mac and copy the files accross. However I cannot see the share directory - is it correct that it’s not accessible directly via the SD card?

I do not know a lot about mac’s but can’t you just acces your SD through you network? Extra benefit is that you don’t have to remove you SD from you device.

Do you have ‘hidden folders’ functionality on or off on your mac?
It is on. I am going to re-flash my Hassio as it is running slowly and behaving odd.
