Hassio supervisor repeatedly crashing? Anybody else run into this?

So I’ve been having an issue which has been going on for the last six months or so. Every once in a while (usually every few weeks), all of my automations will just stop working. I go to look into what is going on and home assistant is running and accessible, but none of the plugins nor the hassio settings are available (I run my automations through nodered). Looking in portainer, everything is running fine except hassio supervisor has shut down. Looking into the container log for hassio supervisor, I get the log below when I try to get the container to restart. The hassio log shows absolutely nothing for the time the hassio supervisor goes down. Portainer itself says the container was shutdown with code 137 which googling shows me is an out-of-memory code. Restarting the container just causes it to shut down again the same way The only solution I have found is to shut down home assistant and completely reinstall it and then hassio supervisor will be fine for a week or two before the problem repeats again. Any thoughts on what could be going on here, or what a solution could be? I’ve been poking around the issue every time it happens, but I’m usually in a rush to try to get things going again as I run a lot of aquarium functions through home assistant and I don’t want things down too long.

What is your hardware setup?

I’m running on a nuc with 8gb ram

Well, it crashed again. Going to try removing add-ons and see if something changes

Just as an update in case it helps anybody down the road, I never figured out exactly what the issue was, but I’m assuming that it is something related to settings in docker or ubuntu. Completely wiping and reinstalling HA didn’t fix the issue, just delayed the issue showing up again for about a week. It only went away when I completely wiped the nuc and reinstalled from the bottom up. Has been running fine with the old settings for about a month now (so it doesn’t seem to be a problem with anything in HA or its settings or plugins) without any sign of whatever was going on with supervisor. So not a super nuanced solution, but that’s how it goes sometimes lol.
