Anyone that can report they been able to upgrade on RPI3B+ from 3.13 to 4.10 with no SD card, only running from USB harddisk? Thx!

Exactly. My Test system is running on a rpi3 with usb-Stick. My productive System on a rpi4 with ssd.
Both on hassOS 4.1.
