HassOS on Intel NUC 8i5BEK1

So I just picked up an Intel NUC. I flashed the USB drive and boot the computer up. It stops at a black screen boot options:

Auto Boot
Boot System 0
Boot System 1
Shell

Never makes it past this point. I refreshed the USB drive a few times to make sure I got it right. Still nothing. There is very little information on the NUC. Anyone have any insight on this?

I had the same happen with a new NUC8I3BEK a few weeks ago. In the end, I instead installed Ubuntu server 18.04 and then HassOS/Hassio in a Docker container using this method: https://gist.github.com/frenck/32b4f74919ca6b95b30c66f85976ec58

Works very well so far and offers more future flexibility than HassOS on its own.

Flashed it with what?
