Hi,
is there a way to install persistent etherwake on a Raspberry Pi 4 with HassOS?
Or is there a other way allready existing for WoL for the host itself?

Good question. The only way I have ever found to wake my Pi4 (and earlier Pi’s) is to disconnect and reconnect power. Would love another solution.
Maybe it’s worth to ask for a feature request?
I think it is a hardware issue.
I’m affraid you are right, what I can confirm on a quick g…gl search.
So we need to do it on the nasty way for a automation with a wifi relay and switch power on/off. Or switch the wake pins.
