Have pipeline automatically listen after first response

I’d like to be able to have an experience like the analog phone mario demo using an OpenAI conversation agent but without the analog phone using VOIP integration.

Trying to figure out how to have something like: wake word activates mic>ask question>get response>automatically listening>can ask follow up question or times out, or have a kill word like “stop".

Has anyone accomplished this without using the VOIP integration and analog phone?

As it stands now, you can do it with an automation that includes a Wait for trigger with a Sentence trigger, but it does require using the wake word.
