I’m excited to share my new custom integration for HDAnywhere MHUB systems β€” bringing local IP control directly into Home Assistant!


:desktop_computer: HDAnywhere MHUB (Local Control) β€” Custom Integration for Home Assistant

:sparkles: Features

:white_check_mark: Power Control β€” Turn the MHUB ON/OFF using a dedicated switch
:control_knobs: Video Routing Buttons β€” 16 one-touch buttons representing every input/output combination (Input 1–4 β†’ Output A–D)

:lock: All communication is local β€” no internet access required for control or feedback.


:jigsaw: Installation

:small_blue_diamond: Option 1 β€” Install via HACS :brain:

Simply click the blue β€œOpen My HACS Repository” button above.
This will automatically open HACS and add the HDAnywhere MHUB (Local) integration to your Home Assistant β€” no manual steps needed.:brain:

Once added, install it from HACS, restart Home Assistant, and click the Integrate HDAnywhere MHUB button to finish setup.

Enter your MHUB details:

  • IP Address: Enter the local IP address of your HDAnywhere MHUB (for example (192.168.88.150)
  • API Port: Default is (80) unless changed in your MHUB’s settings
  • Click Submit to complete setup

:bulb: Tip: You can confirm your MHUB’s IP address from your router’s DHCP client list or by checking the MHUB app under System Info β†’ Network.
