Headache to connect to HA Green

Hello community,

I plugged my HA Green yesterday. I cannot connect to it, my browsers (safari, chrome) on PC, MAC and Iphone say the server is not responding. I tried with homeassistant.local:8123 and http://192.168.18.19:8123

I see the adress of my homeassistant under my router 192.168.18.19. I can ping that adress and I am also able to connect a screen and keyboard onto the Green box but do not know what to do next.

Have any insight?

I upgraded the firmware by flashing with MicroSD and I got through.
