Heal Nodes vs Update Topic Z-wave

I’m using ZwaveJS2MQTT and was just wondering what the difference is between Healing Nodes and Updating Topics

I’ve moved the location of a device, so updating topics seems to suggest that it would be the right action, but Healing says to make better connections to the controller (which suggests it would be what I want to do after moving a node…)

Most importantly I don’t want to reset any of my configuration

Topics is dealing with MQTT. Healing is your ZWave network.

You moved the node and want to ensure good comms heal the node.
