Hi Guys,
Seen we are building our new house in Warsaw Poland, I’m looking into the gear. For our heating we have the full home integrated with underfloor waterheating on basis of a heatpump. For this, each room has its own zone, hence I’m looking to integrate it into each room. Some rooms also have an AC.
I’m currently looking at the HEATCOLD
Tuya: European Standard Smart Water Heating Thermostat TH213W
Mija: Same th123w , info is visible on their site
For AC / HEAT I’m looking at the follwing, yet it is a UK standard. Not sure it this will work in our region
Tuya: Air Conditioner & Under Floor Heating Smart Thermostat TH115T
Mija: Different product ID: th125t , info is visible on their site
So main question, will these work with HASS? Due to my experience with XIAOMI regions, I’m leaning towards using the Tuya versions and use localtuya integration. Whats your opinion on this matter and AC / HEAT combination? Would you opt-in for a AC / HEAT combo or regulate AC / HAVC with HASS?
For the inbox solutuons like light switching, dimming, outlets, venetian blinds and garage door, I’m thinking of either two options or a combination:
Option 1) Using conventional pulse gear with relays. First though of using Skelly 2.5, yet after reading about the heat issues. I’m open for alternatives. I think z-wave has my preference seen the build factor size and heat issues with WIFI systems. Also the Zigbee inbox solutions seems big. e.q. Aeotec / Qubino / Philiotech
Option 2) Using TechniSat gear, yet I don’t seem to find any info on their integration with HASS. Also I have some hotel switching schemes, which I’m not sure of how to integrate it here.
2b) Alternatively I now notice Fibaro has also switching gear which works with GIRA, yet wouldn’t I need their server to make that work?
Temperature sensor / overheating protection, powerusage are highly appreciated features.
Your input would be highly appreciated!
