Hi,
My heating system used to work properly, but for some time now my radiators no longer respond to Home Assistant.
My radiators are CozyTouch models, set to Basic mode. They have 3 modes (Auto, Basic, Prog) and are set to 20°C. I connected a Nodon SIN-4-FP-21 to them. In Versatile Thermostat, I configured it as an “over switch”.
I also have external temperature sensors connected to HA showing 19.9°C. The Versatile thermostat is set to 15°C, and yet the Nodon still reports a power consumption of around 350W.
When I turn off the Nodon from Zigbee2MQTT, it turns itself back on automatically. I also cannot change the modes (“eco”, “frost”, “comfort”, etc.) from Z2M.
I tested all 3 radiator modes, and with none of them do I see any change on the radiator itself.
I recently switched the radiator to “External programming” mode, but I still get the same result. According to the documentation for the Atlantic Maradja radiator, this seems to be the recommended mode.
Power consumption varies: sometimes it goes up to 1400W, sometimes less.
It feels like the radiator’s internal thermostat is taking control and managing the heating power itself.
If anyone has an idea, I’d really appreciate the help.
Thanks.
