Help a beginner - “Didn’t update - location update from the past”

Hi all!
I decided to restart my home assistant since I know have much more modern equipment that are able to connect to home assistant.

When I stopped I just unplugged everything. Now I have plugged everything back and for some reason getting this fault code. I have:
Reinstalled home assistant on the raspberry pi and deleted the app and downloaded it again. The fault code I’m getting is this:

I’m getting same error after the location update.
