Help: Cannot open homeassistant webpage after install. (log file included)

I got “404: Not found” after installing the homeassistant.
Anyone can see where my problem is?

I installed home assistant on the NAS(Synology) using method 2 on this page:
https://home-assistant.io/docs/installation/synology/

the process went fine, but at the end I cannot reach the webpage:

You don’t have frontend: in your configuration.yaml
