Help converting a Tasmota config

I have one last device on Tasmota and I would like to move off it to ESPHome but I’m not totally sure how to convert this Tasmota Template:

Is there anyone willing to help? I know that the Tasmota firmware can still use the remote and it would be nice if I could do so with ESPHome but I don’t really need to as long as the LEDs work.

You can use this as reference to create the esphome config.

Replace the raw with different code like nec once you received the correct code after dumping them. It gets tedious if you have to copy the long chain raw codes.
