Help - Did I break my Home Assistant

I just performed an update to 0.92.0 from 0.91.4 and it broke my android notifications. Before I upgraded I created a full snapshot so I decided to roll back to 0.91.4

Everything appears to be working but I am getting a ton of errors in the log and I am really worried I have done something really bad. I have spent weeks setting this up & tweaking it.

How do I stop all these errors?

Your database is corrupt. Delete it and restart.

Is it normal to have to delete the database when you restore a snapshot?
