Help exposing ThirdReality water leak sensor to HomeKit

Using ThirdReality water leak sensor model: 3RWS18BZ

I would like to use HomeKit for water leak alarms as HomeKit is great at delivering critical alerts to iPhones and Homepods. I’m new at HA, would greatly appreciate any sample templates, blueprints, etc to enable these sensors to show up via HomeKit bridge. Thanks

I seem to have solved this for myself. In the Homekit bridge settings you must include “binary” items. Once you have enabled Binary and added the hub to HomeKit, I found you need to restart HA in order for HomeKit to see the new devices.
