[HELP] HassOS VDI Virtual Box Supervisor UI won't load

I seem to be stuck. I can’t get Supervisor to load no matter what I do. I’ve tried multiple fresh installs, new virtual box machines, different network configurations and I keep getting roadblocked. The frustrating thing is at one time Supervisor did load and then it stopped, and now I can’t get it to load again.

VirtualBox is running on Windows. The VM is booting from the downloaded hassos_ova-3.13.vdi

The network adapter is in bridged mode and promiscuous is set to Allow All.

I have a DHCP reservation on my router to assign 192.168.1.99 to the VM

The host windows machine is at 192.168.1.101 and the router/internal dns/gateway is 192.168.1.254

I’ve used nmcli to set the ipv4.addresses to 192.168.1.99/24 and the ipv4.dns and ipv4.gateway to 192.168.1.254

From the windows host and other devices on the local network I can get to http://192.168.1.99:8123 and start the initial configuration. I can even configure devices that are auto-discovered. The lovelace dashboard comes up and I can use the entire UI with the exception of Supervisor. It shows in the menu but clicking on it causes three calls to /info and all of them hang and never respond with content.

I appreciate any help. I’m coming from Wink and this is my first foray into HomeAssistant which looks pretty cool, but I’m a complete noob here and feeling overwhelmed.

To add some more confusion to this at one time I could get Supervisor to load from Chrome on the Windows host OS. Then it stopped. I have now tried from my Android phone and it loads!? That made me think maybe there was a chrome extension interfering such as uBlock (Ad Blocker). I disabled that extension and it still doesn’t work on Chrome on Windows, but does work on Chrome on Android.

Is there some kind of client cache in HassOS that would prevent certain clients from working?

Seems to be limited to Chrome. I can use Edge and Supervisor loads, although in Edge the Devices tab won’t load :frowning:

I guess this will work as a workaround for now. I am having another problem though and that many integrations are not in the Add On store. For instance if I search for Ecobee or MyQ nothing shows up. The repository is set for https://addons.community is there another one I should be adding?

Welp, I got confused between the Add On store and Integrations. Please disregard.
