I seem to be stuck. I can’t get Supervisor to load no matter what I do. I’ve tried multiple fresh installs, new virtual box machines, different network configurations and I keep getting roadblocked. The frustrating thing is at one time Supervisor did load and then it stopped, and now I can’t get it to load again.
VirtualBox is running on Windows. The VM is booting from the downloaded hassos_ova-3.13.vdi
The network adapter is in bridged mode and promiscuous is set to Allow All.
I have a DHCP reservation on my router to assign 192.168.1.99 to the VM
The host windows machine is at 192.168.1.101 and the router/internal dns/gateway is 192.168.1.254
I’ve used nmcli to set the ipv4.addresses to 192.168.1.99/24 and the ipv4.dns and ipv4.gateway to 192.168.1.254
From the windows host and other devices on the local network I can get to http://192.168.1.99:8123 and start the initial configuration. I can even configure devices that are auto-discovered. The lovelace dashboard comes up and I can use the entire UI with the exception of Supervisor. It shows in the menu but clicking on it causes three calls to /info and all of them hang and never respond with content.
I appreciate any help. I’m coming from Wink and this is my first foray into HomeAssistant which looks pretty cool, but I’m a complete noob here and feeling overwhelmed.
