Hi, guys! I really need some help to scrape this information in the pic bellow, because I’ll use this in a generic camera, but I can’t caught these data. Please, someone that know how to help, write here. Thank you.

Based on your screenshot I tried this url:
https://streaming2.climaaovivo.com.br/brasilia1.df/index.m3u8
But it returns a spanish message looking like ‘not authorised’. If you have authentication details for this url, that might be sufficient.
If in doubt, try to get a url to work in vlc before you try homeassistant.

Thank you for the answer, my little friend… Me too can’t stream the url even in VLC. 
If you can’t stream it in VLC then it will probably be impossible to stream it in HA.
I suggest experiment with VLC until you are confident you have a url + auth setting that works.
